恩昆库加盟随想
关于恩昆库的加盟，很多球迷期待已久，现在，已经官宣了。这名25岁的法国前锋签下了一份6个赛季的合约，而预备合同在去年10月已经敲定了。
在结束了德甲联赛后，他跟随法国队参加了国家队比赛日。现在，他正式加入了波切蒂诺指导的切尔西阵容。
接受采访时候，恩昆库直言：“我非常高兴能加入切尔西。大家为了让我加盟切尔西，都付出了许多努力。我期待着见到我的新教练和队友，并向球迷展示我的能力。“在法甲和德甲踢过球之后，我现在想在英超踢球，英超也是全球最好的联赛之一。我对这个挑战感到非常兴奋，并为身穿切尔西球衣而自豪。“
联合体育总监劳伦斯·斯图尔特和保罗·温斯坦利也非常赞同，补充说：“恩昆库在过去2年里，已经证明了自己作为顶级攻击手的价值和实力。他的加盟，可以有效提升阵容的实力、创造力和进攻的多样性。他在莱比锡红牛和法国国家队都展现了顶级水准。我们期待他在新赛季之前与新队友会合。”
对于恩昆库来说，上赛季在莱比锡，遇到了伤病的袭扰，由于膝盖受伤，他错过了卡塔尔世界杯。虽然如此，他各项赛事仍然出场35次，攻入22球，并奉献8次助攻。

恩昆库在10号位上表现最好，在中锋的掩护下，能够发挥出最大火力。他也可以客串中锋或者左边锋。考虑到这样的特点，他将非常适合波切蒂诺的4231体系，但他又有多功能性，所以在433的体系中也会有一席之地，这种多用途是很关键的。
有些球迷可能会担心，之前引进的德甲射手维尔纳和哈弗茨，在伦敦都非常艰难。不过，大可以放心，恩昆库与他们完全不同。恩昆库更加全面，25岁的年龄，确保了他更有经验。他的身体素质更强，在门前嗅觉也很敏锐，加上优秀的阅读比赛能力，确保了他能够在英格兰赛场上获得成功。
如果他能够和雅克松、布罗亚或者可能加盟的劳塔罗发生化学反应，那肯定是非常刺激的事情。但是，不要高兴太早，即使恩昆库很优秀，适应英超这样全新的联赛，也是需要一些时间的，所以，球迷们仍然需要保持足够的耐心。
如果波切蒂诺以合理组建阵容，并且全力培养恩昆库，那么这可能是切尔西长期以来最好的签约之一，当然，千万不要给他9号球衣！。

Following the long awaited announcement of French forward Christopher Nkunku Chelsea fans can stop worrying if it’s actually going to happen or not.
The 25-year-old will sign a six-year contract at Stamford Bridge having signed a pre contract
agreement back in October 2022.
Following the conclusion of the Bundesliga season and his involvement with France over the
international break Nkunku will join up with Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.
He said: “I am incredibly happy to be joining Chelsea. A big effort was made to bring me to the club and I am looking forward to meeting my new coach and teammates and showing the Chelsea supporters what I can do on the pitch.
“Having played in Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga, I now want to play in the Premier League, one of the strongest leagues in the world. I am very excited for this challenge and will be proud to wear the Chelsea shirt.”
Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley, Chelsea’s co-sporting directors, added: “Christopher has proved himself one of the standout attacking players in European football over the past two seasons and will add quality, creativity and versatility to our squad.
“He has demonstrated his ability at the highest level with RB Leipzig and France and we look
forward to him joining up with his new teammates ahead of the new season.”
It was an injury hit season for Nkunku at Leipzig and he missed out on the World Cup in Qatar with a knee ligament injury but still scored 22 goals and provided eight assists across 35 appearances in all competitions. The former PSG man finished as the Bundesliga’s top scorer on 16 goals which would have been 20 plus if he had been fit for the majority of the season. He also scored and assisted in the German Cup final to ensure his time at Leipzig ended with a trophy.
Nkunku joined Leipzig in 2019 and has an impressive record of 70 goals and 56 assists in 172 appearances.
It’s fair to say that Chelsea are getting one of the most exciting attackers in Europe after a season in which the Blues have endured new lows in front of goal.
There’s no denying that the owners deserve praise here for getting this deal done so quickly and early because the reality is if it had been left until this summer our chances would have been slim considering a lack of European football and some of Europe’s heavyweight’s knocking at the door.
Nkunku operates best in the number 10 position, playing just off the striker but can also be utilised as a number nine and a left winger.
He will fit well into Pochettino’s 4-2-3-1 system but his versatility means he would be equally
comfortable in a 4-3-3 which is a positive.
There’s reason for Chelsea fans to be excited because he is different to previous Bundesliga
signings Timo Werner and Kai Havertz who failed to live up to expectations.
Nkunku looks a more rounded player and at the age of 25 is more experienced. He has a physical presence, an eye for goal, is direct and takes players on meaning he has all the attributes needed to be a success in England.
The thought of him linking up with Nicolas Jackson, Armando Broja or possibly Lautaro Martinez is exciting but patience will be required because whilst he’s a very good player it’s a new league, new team mates and different surroundings which will take time to adjust to.
If Pochettino sets the team up in the right way and develops Nkunku as a player then this could be one of the best signings Chelsea have a made in a long time, just don’t give him the number nine shirt.
The first sight of that blue balloon at Stamford Bridge can’t come soon enough.
