遇到的问题
常态的悲观消极，负面记忆反刍。
反思
不要被思绪情绪吞噬就好，不停做事，做着做着情绪会稀释。
好好学习，少想过去和未来，只有当下，是可以切实把握的，唯有当下。
遵循自己的节奏，不要去在别人的眼光或人生中迷失，只有自己是自己可以掌控的。
珍惜现在的时光，不要被别人裹挟，最重要的，不要被自己禁锢。清心寡欲，全力以赴！
